Give up on what McGoo? You guys always decline going out with me. I don't want her, are you kidding me!? No way. I just like to piss her off...she's so much fun to annoy...* He grins, because really, if he was gonna be with anybody in the office, it was gonna his little probie. "It would be fun McFunspoiler, We would have so much blackmail on her!"

"Well then I apologize, I will alert the high council of nerdvanna and amend my plea, and also limit your time you're allowed to play. It's killing brain cells probie, didn't anyone ever tell you that? The less time you spend playing, the more time you have to focus on your work, so I don't have to fix it before I turn it into Gibbs." He's kidding, mostly. He usually comes in early to make sure all the reports are accurate before Gibbs gets in, because Gibbs with a bad report...well no one should witness that.

"Email's closed Probie! Hurry up! if you finish in two minutes, I'll even buy first round....Yeah, I’m giving like that." he says not looking at him and focusing on something on his email, before closing it. “if not, first rounds on you and I will throw a film reference in every sentence." he grins over at him before leaning back in his chair and putting his feet up on his desk, as he shut down his computer.

((you saw nothing lol))

He wasn't so easily swayed. "Sure, you don't want her." He shook his head and looked up at Tony. "So bug her desk. Trail her. See how badly she hurts you when we're done. I'd rather have her on our side than against us." Ziva was clearly a woman who could handle herself and then some. He didn't feel like being on her bad side, ever.

“Limit my time?” He raised an eyebrow at Tony. “You sound like my parents. Video games can actually have good qualities as well. There are educational games. Some games have been used in retirement homes. Games are important, man.”

He looked up at Tony, licking his lips as he did so. The man looked just so at ease at his desk. With his feet up and his head back, he looked so confident. He wished he could just bottle up Tony’s confidence. “I’m done.” He closed his laptop and stared at Tony. “You’re being awfully nice. Should I be worried?”

Hmm...good point...Ziva's a little crazy... *he pauses and looks like he's thinking hard.* Ok she's really crazy, and don't give me that crap about games being good and important...You cannot prove that killing the elf lords are helping retirement folk live a longer life... it sounds like its doing the opposite, Mcshortstick.

I'm always nice...you just choose to see my actions in a bad light. *he says flashing a cheeky smile over to him.* Be worried if you want Probie, but are you really gonna pass up free beer? If you do, they'll take your man card away from you...that's if you still have it, Mcsensitive.. *he said not able to resist, He still sat on his desk staring right back at Tim, waiting for wither the roll of the eyes or the upset hissy fit.*

No, he doesn't roll his eyes. He does chuckle and has to look away at the look on Tony's face. "You are just generally opposed video games and fun unless it's your kind. Tony."

"How is you playing prank after prank on me a good light?" And then he's flashing that smile and McGee has to keep looking away. "I said I'd come out. I can't promise how long I'll stay, but I'll go. Okay!" He shook his head. "I still have a mancard."

Because you fall for them everytime! Besides it's something the whole office gets to enjoy, i'm doing a service to the whole bullpen, i'm like a god! *He made a show of flexing his muscles in a pose, despite his suit jacket covering them up.* Good to know Probie! I knew there was still hope for you yet!

*he grabbed his bag and slung it over his shoulder and headed to Gibb's office, and took it down to the parking garage.*Alright so, O'Connor's on West 53rd ok with you? *He asked heading over to where McGee and Tony's cars were.* Mmmm I can already taste the pizza, don't drive like an old woman!

"Is that so, Tony?" He goes and grabs his jacket and bag, following Tony down to the parking garage. "You are no god. You just want to show off." He turned to look at Tony, smirking at him. Now, if he did it again without the jacket on, he'd be a bit more impressed. Then at least he could see his muscles.

He laughed and shook his head. "There's much hope for me. Hell, there's probably a lot about me you still don't know yet, Tony." He wasn't always staying home and playing video games when he didn't go out with Tony. Sometimes he did go out, just to bars that he never thought he'd see Tony at.

"I don't drive like an old woman. I just drive safely." He pulled his car keys out and unlocked his car with a beep. "Whoever gets there last has to buy the first round."

Oh really now McGee? What are some things that I don't know about you? *he said peering over the top of his car at him, not quite getting yet, he's intrigued on what Timmy could mean.*

He smirked at Tony, having a look of mischief in his eyes. He loved that there could be something about him Tony *didn't* know. "Oh come on, Tony. You don't really thing you know everything about me, do you?" Oh, there was so much he wanted to tell Tony, but he couldn't. Not yet.

"See you at the bar.". Gettin in his car, he put on his seatbelt and winked out the car window at Tony. For once, he would drive like he was chasing someone. Anything to get to the bar first.

Not yet Timmy, but I will, you bet your ass I will.... *He murmurs to himself when he gets himself settled in the car and waves his hand in acknowledgement, before heading to the pretty quickly, his mind still reeling over the wink...I mean it was a wink right? Wait...was Tim flirting with him? No...there was no way...he came of straight at work right? He had tried so hard to keep his real feelings at bay and distanced himself from that scene, yeah, he was just out of touch, that was it. He mentally gave himself a shake, before heading inside the bar.*

Tim sped as fast as he could without being a danger to others. He went like he was chasing someone, rehearsing in his mind the speech he would give if he was pulled over. The bar wasn't far and, thankfully, he wasn't pulled over. He didn't even cause anyone to crash. Gibbs would have been pissed if he had. He smirked as he headed into the bar, looking around. He hoped that maybe, just once, he beat Tony to the bar.

Unfortunately, he saw Tony at the bar. Which meant he was buying the first round. Smiling, he approached Tony and leaned against the bar beside his friend. He wondered just how shook up Tony was over his wink. He had done it before thinking about the consequences. Flagging the bartender down, he pulled out a twenty and ordered two beers. "How do you get here faster? It's just not fair."

He looked at Tony, wondering what the man was thinking. As he looked, he tried not to stare. Tony's eyes were pretty gorgeous.

*Tony turned in his chair, when he heard Tim address him, he took a moment to take him in, he was leaninig casually against the bar, looking confident, and damn if that didn't make Tony want to submit to him. He kept on his mask, that he had almost perfected since he's been undercover many times before.* I took the streets and avoided the highway, Mcspeedy. I'm actually surprised you got here so quick, I'm impressed.

Tim nodded his head at Tony. "Well, I had somewhere I really wanted to be. With you. " Tim raised his glass and took a sip, watching him with an amused expression. He loved the game he was playing with Tony. It really wasn't a game. His feelings were real. And yet, he knew he could never act on them. Thus the game. He just wanted to mess with Tony so bad after all the times Tony messed with him.

"Well, there are times to be quick and there are times to take things slow. One of these days, you will get the first round." He chuckled and tapped his glass to Tony's. "To good friends. I always know you will have my back."

*Tony had no idea where this Tim had come from, but if this is him outside of work, then they would definitely be hanging out more. He sputtered his first sip, when he caught on to the innuendo.* Damn Probie! *he chuckled shaking his head, but lifting his glass up to join the toast.* Course I will, its my job, to have everyone's six...to good friends, and yeah to knowing you have my six as well, even if i do piss you off. *He said taking a gulp.* P.S. Tell anybody that I'm nice outside of the office, I'll bury you six feet under and have Abby erase all evidence. *he smiled.*

Tim laughed loudly. "What? You can dish out the innuendo, but you can't take it?" He took another sip of his beer, leaning casually against the bar. He knew that Tony was a much nicer person than he let on. He was like Gibbs in that way. Actions always spoke louder than words.

Taking a step closer, he leaned into Tony, lowering his voice. "You secret is safe with me," he murmured. A grin formed and he moved back, pulling up a bar stool. Outside he looked confidant, but inside he was flailing. He was so sure Tony would see through him.

Oh I can take it, i can take it like a champ. *There was another innuendo in there, as Tony was trying to feel out what the hell was going on, was Tim flirting with his? Like actually flirting? He was to caught up in his own thoughts that he didn't see right through him, he was distracted. Tony turned to him and put one of his feet on Tim's stool foot rest.*

So Timmy, when you do go out, where and what do you do?

agentmcgeek April 30 2012, 17:33:16 UTC
Oh yes, Tony would have to learn he was good at playing with him. When Tony put his foot there, he smiled and inched his chair closer. He wondered just how well he could take it. "A champ, hmm?". He sipped his beer, watching him with an amused look.

"I actually go out more than you think I do.". He laughed and raised his glass as a toast to Tony. "I go to cons, movies, the normal things." He winked at Tony. "I also go out occasionally. Different types of bars. You?"
