I wish I was in the part of the world that got to see the solar eclipse today. How awesome is that? I remember seeing one in middle school. We all went outside with our papers so we didn't look right at it, but it reflected on the paper. It was pretty amazing. There are just so many things about this Earth that are so amazing. Maybe that's why I chose the degree I have. I was driving to work this morning, and I have really been enjoying the area in which I live. It was pretty foggy, but the expressway was clear. I drive through a state park on the way to work, and it was beautiful the way the trees, although they were only on the other side of the freeway, were mere ghosts. No details could be made out, just silhouettes. My path was crystal clear, but the periphery was clouded. It was amazing. Kinda like life. I see where I am headed (for the most part). There are twists and turns, but as I get closer, they come into sight. It's stop and go sometimes, but it eventually keeps going. I see possible paths on the side, the "what if's", but they are only speculations. I am very much looking forward to seeing what is around that next corner.
Moral of the story, I am happy. Pleased with where I am headed. Content with where I am. I have to go-ahead from my parents to move out when I find a good place, so that's always awesome. Things are just really good right now.
