Suppose you know you will have two hours left when you return to your world. If someone cut it to one hour, would it matter?
Suppose you know you will have two minutes left when you return to your world. If someone cut it to one minute, would you really care?

Ayumi soundly rejected considering the Shinigami Eye trade because she does not even want to risk killing someone by wrangling some kind of "ownership" of some kind of Note (or pages of a Note; who knows...).
