Woo hoo! So here is a photo journalistic adventure to my house of messy!
So let's start with the front of the house:
So it has palm trees, white quartz front, a big white planter. It's a brick home but they stuccoed over the brick and painted it o_O
It's a driveway.
Here is a livingroom. The walls are dirty and gross and yucky. The first things we'll be doing is tearing out the carpet and painting the walls. It is just... smelly. We think blind orangutangs lived here.
The fire place is cool. It's not hooked up to the gas line but can be rehooked up. Not a big issue. There is Fiona exploring the house. The house is still a mess. Matt wants to redo the front of it with river rocks and maybe make a fountain on either side. That sounds fancy... But the cat would like it and wouldn't need the sink on to drink from!
Mom and Fiona checking out the coat closet which is by the security system, door bell, the locking door to the kitchen, the hallway to bedrooms, and the intercom. It's a weird house.
So the door bell is cool! It makes a cool noise! And for some reason the security system is by the kitchen door o_O Plus it locks in a few places. So weird.
So Matt found the intercom system. This speaker is in the kitchen. I guess this was paranoid and blind orangutangs. With intercoms o_O
Kitchen tile next! It's in all right condition but if we re do the cabinets it won't work any more =/ It's so pretty though! There are chips and holes and it's really warn down by the cabinets and appliances.
Mom checking out the cabinets. I want to cut that wall lower and that's into the livingroom. Then we can install a counter top that doubles as a bar in the livngroom and I can just throw pancakes at kids from the kitchen. It would open up those rooms so much. I want new cabinets but it's not that important. Definately a new stove though. It's a nice little kitchen though. Matt found a medical needle on top of some of the cabinets so they were crazy orangutangs that were shooting up!
Light that hangs in the dining room. It's pretty.
And the Arizona room. It connects to the back porch and the kitchen and the laundry room. It has a coat closet too and has stinky carpet. The pool table and extra children can go there.
So there is a hole here exposing parts for the washer and dryer. On the opposite side of this wall is the kitchen and that's where the vaulves are. It's like waa.
Main bathroom sink. Very pink. Very gross.
Yay pink tub in the main bathroom. I want a whirlpool tub and they're not that expensive compaired to regular tubs! Both baths have extensive water damage. Notice all the rails for the shower. The orangutangs need to be upside down and diagnal to clean properly.
Shower in the master bathroom. Matt can fit in it but he can't move around to wash. Ugh. We might move the sink into the bedroom so we can have a long shower in the bathroom.
Sink right up to the shower. Ew.
Icky.
In the master bedroom, the orangutangs had a doggy door to the outside world. It's nutso crazy.
And the door of the master bedroom. It's a two bath three bedroom house so just imagine the other two bedrooms like this just smaller.
