Matt and I are looking at a special foreclosure house that is 70k and you only need to come up with 3% of the total for the down payment. That's 2k down payment. I bet we could be financed for that. Just one roommate with us and it'd be cheaper than here, utilities or not.
To make this easier and to aid my failing health (eyes and teeth) Matt and I are getting married on Friday. He gets vision and dental. Which means I have to go to access and change my information with DES which isn't a bad thing.
Oh crap I should've made my yearly woman physical appointment today, I'll do that tomorrow. Now after sitting down i realize how tired I am. Dang.
