tonight's training was raw as hell. pat the fucking man stano ran the show. and it was a badass fricking show. he decided to take the fight november first in AC. im so stoked cause im gonna go watch him beat some ass. so aside from that, pat gave us the rundown on takedowns and stuff. it was like wrestling practice all over again. speaking of which, pat was (is?) a coach. for MICHIGAN STATE. what the crap. he is my new hero.

i had a run-in with a spider this afternoon. at the river. it was the size of a human baby. with fangs. and fur. motherfuck.
