haha. i have a secret. don't tell anyone. i'm trying to learn Russian. yay! of course its probably a really big waste of time and brain cells, since i don't know a single russian person and i will most likely never get to visit russia. *sigh* however, i think it is a totally kick-ass language, and it's definitely more practical than my other choices: gaelic, latin, and sindarin (elvish). yes i know, the others are pretty much dead languages and elvish is completely fictional. at least i didn't say klingon :P did i spell klingon correctly? ah, whatever.
anyways i am so tired of the stupid people that come into the library where i work. i get all these idiotic teenage girls that seem to think they are hard-core goth/wiccan/pagans, when in reality they make avril lavigne look satanic. i mean. just last week there were these 3 girls in here, maybe 16. they seemed to think the game M.A.S.H could accurately predict their futures. the oldest of the 3 was dead set that it was a proper wiccan way to gaze into your future. i mean seriously, that game has been around for like, 80 years or more, just with different versions. and if i believed the results of that game, i would be marrying about 40 different guys, since i've played it since i was oh, say, six?! i absolutely hate these annoying gnats. 16-year old mexican hilary duff's thinking they're all that; girls who think lindsay lohan is "the bomb". they actually said that. i mean, i think l.l. is cool in her own way, but seriously, the phrase "the bomb" was around when i was in 7th grade... get over it people!
on a different note, i'm feeling better than i have been the ast few days. my back's killing me, but im not as depressed, so that's a plus. i've also just started this new inhaler thing that is supposed to clear my sinuses, it works great, but now i feel dopey. hehe. "light it up and take a puff, pass it to me now" int he word of nelly, a somewhat overrated rap-artist. well there's an oxymoron for y'all to figure out. i gotta get to work peoples. later.
