My Mirena is out. and crazy enough my pants are suddenly looser.
We got a counter offer from the bank. Its 30,000 more than our offer and they will only pay 3% of our closing costs...oh and their counter is also $15,000 over the listed price. um. yeah.
We need to know what the closing is because honestly we don't have closing costs and will have to get creative in coming up with that. I don't know what to do exactly. I guess we can counter their counter with our original offer price and agree to 3% of the closing costs [that is if we can afford them, because remember I still need money to get our crap home]
I'm bummed I really feel this to be our house.
oh and Grey fell and has a giant goose egg on his forehead and the beginning of a black eye.
