Day 17: your idol and why you look up to them

There are so many reasons and layers as to why Joseph Campbell is my idol, too many to mention all of them. His work brought me that light bulb moment where I finally connected with my spirituality, where I found my truth. He found the beauty in connecting humanity. He said it in a way I could understand and therefore live by.
I don't believe people are looking for the meaning of life as much as they are looking for the experience of being alive.
Life is without meaning. You bring the meaning to it. The meaning of life is whatever you ascribe it to be. Being alive is the meaning.
The big question is whether you are going to be able to say a hearty yes to your adventure.
