Real and underlying problem: I haven't been in a ballet class for 4 months. I haven't taken time for proper exercise in weeks, either. Restlessness and lack of endorphins ensue.
So I went for a jog and the weather was beautiful out. Pulse pounding against my throat like I was intermittantly choking to death to the beat of my sneakers on crunchy gravel. Head fuzzying, dimming. Legs swinging in that post-orgasmic kind of wobble.

I'll be more than happy to make the drive to Rio Grande for dance classes next semester. Right now I'm a pianist playing only scales.
Working out is a bore and the purpose feels skewed...like once a seldom bathing looking man-boy whistles at you through the lowered window of his overcompensatory truck you're permitted to start the slow walk home.
