Leap of Faith
A co-worker and I at the Hotel have both reached a breaking point in security work. That is watching idiots run security companies and making money off of them while we sit stuck in dead end jobs at Hotels. We are looking very intently at starting up our own security company. I realize it will be difficult and that I will most likely have to work other jobs and still try to help run a business and what not but I think it's worth the risk.
I also don't want to burn bridges at EPG. They have done a lot for me and I truly like my boss. We get a long great but there are some thing that are being done that just bother the hell out of me. I have told him about them and he fixes things if he can....when he gets around to it. I just think he is too busy to keep up with everything going on and he won't take anyone else on as a full time employee until the PI license goes through. As much as I like EPG, I need full time, decent paying work right now.
