Minor panic attack about Dragonflight
Last night I was trying to book a room for Dragonflight weekend through the Sheraton Bellevue hotel's website and it kept telling me that there weren't any rooms available! WTF?! So I did some digging around and got the Sheraton's 1-800 number for reservations and gave that a try. After some help from a very nice lady I was able to book my room. It's just as well because you have to have the convention or promotion code in order to get the nice rate that Dragonflight wangled from them if you're using the online system. $59US is better than the normal price of $100+ especially since it's in Bellevue. Furthermore because the Sheraton has already booked those rooms to be given only to Dragonflight attendees, it doesn't show up on the regular system giving the illusion of no rooms available. I did mention Dragonflight to the lady helping me out and that got me the special rate. So any of you planning to stay at the hotel had better book now by calling 1-800-325-3535 as she said there were still a number of rooms left to book but that doesn't sound like much.
