I returned today from a much needed vacation. Spent a couple days up in the mountains, enjoying the copius amounts of shade and refreshing lake water. 102 beers, a handle of whisky and a bottle and a half of wine were consumed over these 1 and half days of madness. The Sierras have the most beautiful scenery in any part of California.
Revelations:
Having sex in the wilderness is cool.
Throwing knives at trees is cool.
Breaking padlocks with an axe because a ghost locked you into a parking lot is cool.
Watching your friend being chased by angry hornets is cool.
Jumping 50 feet off a cliff into waters that look a lot more rocky than they are is cool.
Smoking weed in higher elevation is cool.
Having a cigarette between your fingers all day is cool.
Not showering is cool.
Camping with the people I love is WAY cool.
