Bat-party and Asking glass of win
WOW! I want to thank everyone who came out yesterday and joined the chat room for the Nolanverse show. BAT-PARTY! We need to spread the word about the chat room parties :P I want a party like that every week! You guys rock OUT!
For those of you who haven't heard the news yet, the next Batman show will be the last week of June and it will be all about Batman: the Animated Series. My friend Manik and I will host. He's been catching up on his DVDs since his surgery and once I'm laid up from my wisdom teeth extraction, I'll get to finishing mine, too. That show is going to be a blast! Manik and I also decided to have a Nolanverse rumors and wishful thinking show in the fall when we have a better perspective of the movie (hopefully!). I think in between these shows should be a show entirely dedicated to talking about The Dark Knight since it will be the anniversary in July. Yes/No? Your thoughts?
So my Ask Glass of Win show is coming up and ideally, I would like to have 50 questions prepared. I have, roughly, 20. A few people have said they would like to ask me questions, but they're drawing a blank. So I decided to give you that extra push with a few sample topics:
- asking me anything about myself is fine - I am about 90% an open book
- your question does not have to be PG rated. In fact, I encourage R and up ;P
- your question can be about America and the American culture. Nothing you can ask about it will offend me in the least. I know what we're like
- I know I have mentioned on several occasions my congenital heart defect. I am SO OPEN about this topic, I don't get choked up or rigid about it. (Trust me; I've already been asked by friends and strangers alike if my CHD does not permit me to engage in The Sex. I can get it on ;P)
- your question can have absolutely nothing to do with me (and attention whore I am, I thoroughly encourage non-me questions, trust me!); it can be about ANYTHING from food, to interwebs, to music, to movies, to Hollywood, politics, religion, money, love, the universe, paranormal, shoes, nail polish, cats, dogs, monkey's, his dark materials, Batman, lipstick, hair, travel, anything.
The point is me not being an expert on anything but answering questions regardless. It's all in good humor and for entertainment purposes. If I make a jackass out of myself, so much the better for your amusement. Just give me a pie and I'll gladly ask my brother next door to slap it across my face XD
