If I were stranded with a fictional character I would pick Winnie The Pooh.
Childish, yes. Unique, no. Why? Pooh has a very postive outlook on life, even though his understanding on it is slim and he can't really get his stuffed brain around philosophy and why we're here. However, it's his outlook and his way that he seems to make every situation into a good one that he'd be perfect for being stuck on an island with. He's a very "silver lining" kind of guy, and that's what you need on a desert island. I'd be convinced death was near and I would most likely panic a great deal. I anticipate Pooh would calm me down, make me laugh and probably give me an unnecessary craving for honey.
