Insanely Curious
Incidentally, I mis-typed the title to this post as "Inanely Curious" which wouldn't really be accurate.
My dad, last week: "When's your birthday? Sunday?" *thinkthinkthink* "I hope you don't mind, but you'll get your present next week. It won't arrive in time for Sunday."
Me: O.O "...Okaaaaay." *peers*

My dad, yesterday: "The mail show up yet?"
Me: "Yep."
Dad: "Any birthday presents?"
Me: "Er, no? Just my Nintendo Power."
Dad: "Okay. Then it's not here yet."

Today, as I was rockin out to my iPod and trying like hell to wake up after last night's work-related wtf-ery, I missed the delivery. My dad was concerned that there might be taxes or some COD charges on it because it was shipped up fromt he states, but the notice didn't say one way or the other.
I? am insanely curious as to wtf it is he bought me. I will update you all as soon as I find out, since we need to go pick it up from the post office.
