Er, what was I saying?

Wow. NaNo's a full week behind us and I'm still being poked by the deities to write about them. Wish the pups would do the same.

Also, now that NaNo's over, has anyone else noticed a severe decrease in their vocabulary? I swear I just spent about 10 minutes trying to think of a word (the word I finally got to was isolation for the curious) because I totally and completely blanked.

I have long over-due writing to be done after I finish my assignment tomorrow, including but not limited to three months worth of AL prompts for the 'Wan and a CS Post.

Right now, however, I think I'm going to go to bed.

Why?

Because I closed both Saturday and Sunday night, managed to make it to church on Sunday morning, had to deal with an emotional crisis that included elevated levels of stress and flailing at my self-worth, my seeming incompetence, and the absolutely wasted crap-hole my life is right now, all day Saturday - the residuals of which I had to deal with on Sunday; I did nothing today on my assignment save for making 6 lines to sort-of-kind-of answer one-and-a-half of the questions, played more WoW than I intended, made dinner and watched a movie.

After all that I'm frakking tired, and in twelve hours I need to be showered, dressed, and standing on the GO station platform so I can make it to school for chapel, lunch and then library hiding.

So. I am going to gather my school books so I don't forget anything (including my laptop, I'm thinking, as I'll be needing it for the library portion of my day) and then I'm going to bed.

Maybe if I tell myself that tomorrow won't suck enough times I'll begin to believe it. Tuesday is pre-emptively fired, just in case.

Doesn't help that "Julie" from Julie and Julia was 29-going-on-thirty wannabe-writer. Cute movie, but I was possibly in the wrong frame of mind to be watching it, all things considered.

On the lighter side, ( I really do appreciate the cookies ). It was the only bright ray during a few days of suck. (ETA: plus the Fic of Awesome. That helped, a lot, too.)

Onward to bed.

thank you, update, stuff
