Dear Other Drivers,
There is absolutely no reason whatsoever for you to do 10 below the posted speed limit (which is 50kph unless a shiny sign says otherwise) simply because you pass a radar trap pinging people going to other way.
Just do the damned limit, at the very least, because you can be pulled over for going too slow, specially when you aren't in the correct lane with your four-ways on.

Seriously, though. I'm all for slowing down to avoid a speeding ticket, but not below the posted limit, and certainly not in the wrong direction. WTF? It's almost as bad a rubber-necking a collision, and thus causing the traffic jam that goes with said collision.
