Whee!
Just got back from Spamalot Saturday!
After our WW meeting we headed downtown early so mom could check out her new office before Monday. Then we walked up to Young and Dundas Square and goggled at the freakin'' line-up at the Elgin Theatre, which was the Visa Screening Room for TIFF. Sadly, saw no celebs. Told mom to keep her eye out next week to see if she could spot anyone, cause I know that Jude Law, Liam Neeson and Heath Ledger are among the stars slated to be in town for the festival.
Anyhow, we did a leisurely lunch at the Hard Rock, which was very yummy, and then headed up the street to HMV where I picked up the one Def Leppard CD I had been looking for along with the Jurassic Park trilogy DVD box set. And then it was off to the theatre.
Ali? I have a mildly shocked Ton in my head now. Thanks. It's quite funny, actually.
And I had to buy a bunny. And a cow for my mom. But not the plushie one, because it would have been a wee much on the financial side of things. So now she gets to bring a stress-relief cow with the Spamalot logo on the side to work. She's naming him Arthur.
My bunny? Shall be named Plot. Plot the Killer Bunny. I'll make sure he's sitting next to me whenever I intend to write so he can bite me if I get distracted or slack off.
Now, I have to do some stuff for tomorrow and then it's off to work for me for the rest of the night.
