Dear Tim Hortons,
I believe it is high-time that you made travel mugs specifically for your iced capps. Think of how much plastic you'll save if you sold travel mugs that people could refill instead of having to fill those dinky plastic things which we only have to throw out in the long run.
If not the travel mugs, then introduce same-day re-fills. First iced capp gets you a card with a date stamp; showing the date-stamp and producing your empty cuppie gets you a refill at half the regular price for which ever size you have!
