Grrr....

...aargh.

I had a very grumpy weekend. It started on Friday, when I had to drop off an assignment at school before work (and may I take this opportunity to state that 'The Prehistory of Religion' is not all that I thought it would be. It's just so damn flaky. First it was talking to trees, now it's pushing on my eyeballs. Aar). Anyway, assignment deposited, I was making good time downtown until I got to where the two train lines intersect. To my horror, I discovered that there was somewhere in the vicinity of 200 people on the platform, and that trains were not running on into the city. Why? Because some unmitigated jackass had called in a BOMB THREAT to the next station on the line. !?!?!?!?!!!!! And so a big thanks to you for inconveniecing everyone, asshole. At any rate, I had to find alternate transportation, which took way longer, which resulted in me crashing into work at 5 o'clock. I was by this point in a complete tizz, since I thought I was to have started at 4:30. But, wonder of wonders, I was not meant to start until 5:30! Hurrah! For once my issues with time worked to my benefit!

Saturday: I was very, very tired, and so found my coworker's incessant cheeriness and questioning irritating as all hell. There were also many, many stupid and rude customers and whiny children. "I want.....I want.....I WAAAAANNNNNNTTTTT!!!!!!! Oh, yeah. I'll tell you what you can have, you sniveling brat. You can have my foot up your ass! That'll give you something to cry about!

Sunday: More of the same, plus an conversation with my landlord about why I'm not eating enough broccoli. Because I don't have other things to think about besides vegetables. Sheesh.
