i just made a very tasty salad.
fuck you, i'm sharing it.
dressing (whoa, i never use dressing, but this was simply amazing.)
1/4 cup of balsamic
1/8 cup of olive oil (GOOD olive oil to quote INA)
1/4 tsp of chile flakes
half of a lemon, juiced
lemon zest (no pith!)
2 cloves of garlic, finely minced (using salt helps as an abrasive)
salt and pepper
combine everything except the olive oil, then stream it in while whisking
boil some lentils
combine field greens, basil, red onion, peach, tomato, some feta, salt and pepper,
dress greens with 1/8 cup of dressing, then combine lentils and the rest of the dressing, spoon on about a half of cup of lentils onto the greens.
