Oh man! I just made stawberry banana crepes!
I was just thinking about how sad it was that indo closed, and I will never have their strange chocolate and cheese crepes again. Strange because you think it would be cream cheese, but no, chocolate and shredded cheddar...
anyways.
My crepes were totally better, and very photogenic. Indo's were kinda pasty looking, and square.

But I used soymilk, and for the 1cup of water I did it half soymilk half water
Then I defrosted a black banana out of the freezer, cut off the top and squeezed the goop onto them (kinda gross, but delicious!) then I folded them in half, and drizzled strawberry syrup on top!
Soooo good!

My interview had to be postponed to tomorrow because of the terrible snow. Damn you winter!

So now I will make a list of all the things I have to make eventually:
mochi
ichigo daifuku
moffles
macarons
cross dome trifle
panne cotta
agar
spring rolls (the non fried type)
baked alaska
cheesecake candlesticks
rainbow cake
mushroom meringues

and once work starts, I will make bentos for lunch!

...that's all I can remember right now
