Tianzi-san was quickly becoming a friend of hers, and seeing her upset over Xing-ke-san's condition did make Megumi worry. Hopefully treatment would be established for Xing-ke-san as soon as possible, and he would soon recover from his illness.]

There is no cure back home and there is no cure here. All you offer is false hope. If that is all you have, then use it appropriately.

We do not know for certain if there is no cure here. This place is not your home. Whence I came, medicine was very limited as well. But advancements in technology are different now, whether or not you came from the future.

[She gave him a stern look.]

I do not offer false hope. I offer that we try to find a diagnosis and a proper cure, rather than giving up.
