EXTRA LIGHT CHALLENGE WINNERS & PARTICIPATION BANNERS

First of all I want to apologise for taking so long to get these up but this is due to a combination of RL business and the fact that my internet is so slow and limited that I'm even surpised I managed to get this up now!

This post isn't going to be as fancy as previous attempts because I just don't have the internet connection time to do it. So I'm going to list the winners, the entries and then the participation banners.
