It's not complicated, my way of explaining it is complicated.
BASICALLY:
1. You Sign Up to the Challenge/Battle on the Sign Up post (which will appear sooner, rather than later).
2. You get assigned to a team by us. You'll be PM'd to let you know in advance (who you'll be fighting side by side with), and then the Team Posts will be posted to AGF.
3. People will prompt on your Team's post.
4. You can work out amongst yourselves who does which prompt, OR you guys can play it hard and fast and just go on a first come, first served (filled) basis. Which may lead to some pouting but that could fun - trying to out write your team mates?
5. You load down the other teams with prompts. (Mindful of keeping your unfilled prompts, per team, to four or less. This will stop spamming and mean that you and your team (and the other teams) will only have up to 4 unwritten prompts per prompter sitting there mocking you waiting to be written

I am totally crazy, but I actually really like the whole idea. That is me - already knowing that I will get no sleep. + The Team must work to finish the first five (5) prompts - in the order they received them - before they can pick and choose.

Piper yeah, she's a contender, but Mara tends to write a lot and that slows her down (lol)...
(Mara's also a bit iffy on prompting - can you hear/see me Mara, I'm calling you out...I'm expecting prolific prompting this time round. The stakes are higher (not really, but pretend they are) and only writing Fills might not be enough - she gets tunnel vision on prompts and forgets to create them...or she did last time *raises eyebrow*)
Actually, the first time I met Mara was in a Comment fic Meme/Activity thing on C_L and she wrote one of my prompts and it was like 6 comments long...and remember being like: okay. WUT. Who is this person.

I hope we (as in the mods) get to participate. But I guess it depends on how many people end up signing up. Sometimes it kind of sucks being a mod, because you may not be able to participate. Grrrrr....
Especially for this challenge. I really like the idea of being in a team and writing as much fics as possible and beating Piper and getting a banner! I love banners! Like Mara, I love collecting them though I don't have many. Due to being a mod, I get to have fun making them, but not so much in receiving them.
I just thought if there is an odd number for teams (like 3 people a team) we could have a mod team (like it could be me, you and Sophie or me, you and Cam. Or you, Sophie and Cam)?
