The japanese translation at the end says it's borrowed source from another blog which also speculated it

I guess it is ^^;;; Splasher Gundam's name is a total joke, honestly.... but i'm half hoping there would be another season and half hoping there wouldn't be o_O I'm so torned.

XD; me too! Destiny did had some good moments though (kiraraku♥) and it was fun seeing everyone from the past again - the mwu thing was kinda cheesy but glad he's alive and with Murrue again XD;

But if they did make a third season, give it to poor Shinn. He's the most underdeveloped character around who gets mind controlled here and there and get booted out of the main character spot around... when Kira actively shows up :/
