I scrambled to school just before assembly - I made it on time! I've been trying to get out of bed earlier, but it's so hard to wake up any earlier than 6.30. Wonder how I'm going to cope when we move further up North... Anyway, mannequinboy seemed pretty mad at me this morning. Was it because of the spam? Or because I didn't pass her my History answers?
Also, toukasa had her braces removed! Adberz is so pretty when she smiles now! She's got fair, smooth skin (except for some blackheads and whiteheads I'd love to exfoliate off her face) and rosy cheeks and black, black hair with rheumy black eyes... though she would probably disagree with my description of her. Tsk, Adberz.

I like sleeping on flat surfaces, so I rarely ever use a pillow. I have neck and spine problems, though, so when it gets really bad I bring out my special corrective pillow. It's supposed to make my sleeping position better.
toukasa asked me to lie on my bed and take a picture of my room from that angle. I'm not sure if you can even see anything in this picture... the light in my room has become very weak and it flickers. It's telling me to leave the house. Heh.
helsinski asked for shoes - my favourite ones and the ones I wear the most. Obviously, I wear my school shoes the most.
The white shoes are my school shoes. I usually wear the sneakers - the sports shoes are for PE days and rainy days.
These two are my favourite pairs of shoes. The black ones (I got them for my birthday... the year Italy won the World Cup. I bet with my dad that they would and if I won, I'd get these shoes. They've even got the flag of Italy on the back.) go with my colourful clothes and the red pair (also a gift from my dad) goes with my neutral outfits. You can say that they're my favourite accessories.

My first ever pair of chucks. Mom bought them in California in the summer of 2005.
I bring two types of bags to school - backpacks on heavy days and just a shoulder bag when I don't have that much work to bring around.
Joyce also asked to see my favourite spot in the house. It's in front of the computer... obviously. Also, it is the computer chair. I am protective of that spot.
My dog makes another cameo! And because yukitsu and nis_chan asked to see my dog...
Oh, and Nis asked to see my wall too. It is boring and bare.
The poster on the wall is something I made in sixth grade. Bubble art with paint and soap and straws. I randomly popped the bubbles on the sheet of paper then outlined them with oil pastels. I didn't know what kind of picture would come out... and it's supposed to show people screaming in terror. I completed this picture the day before the London bombings.
Oh, and that shelf with the mirrors at the corner there? When our neighbour died, we were given that.

That's supposed to be my study desk. I have a horrible habit of cluttering and hoarding... so the rosewood dining table becomes my study desk instead.
I'm sorry, yukitsu and imarobotica. I couldn't bring myself to photograph my underwear and it was nighttime when I brought my camera out... so you can't really see anything from the windows. Next post, maybe? Except for the panties. I don't think I'll ever summon the courage to take a picture of them!
I love mannequinboy's hair. Too bad she cut it short recently... Never mind, her hair grows back really quickly.
There's a saying that horny people's hair grows really quickly. I have to say that Denise is a living example of that. Counter-example would be our friend Carissa (her hair grows incredibly slowly! Like, probably three months to grow an inch). She's incredibly incorruptible.
I once recited this poem for her:
Jack and Jill went up the hill
To have some hanky-panky.
Silly Jill forgot her pill
So now there's Little Franky.
Her reaction was a blank smile and an innocent question, "So they made a new friend?"
I'm going to end this post with a picture of a very close friend of mine. Even though it's not a living thing... but the amount of time we spend staring at each other every day has got to equate to some camaraderie, doesn't it?
It even knows what I like to do to pass the time in the toilet.
