(no subject)
Seriously good day at work today. I totally won. For now. So it's all good for a week or so. The judge totally agreed with me, though. Because I was right. So, yay.
But I'm tired. And sick of getting up early. No court next week, which is a good thing. I don't necessarily like court. But I guess I don't hate it, either. Today was fine. Oh, and I left my car for an hour after the meter expired without getting a ticket. That was cool.
I'd forgotten what it was like to get ready for work in the morning. Like, all the way. Shower, hair, makeup, etc. Took me forever. Or, you know, an hour and a half. Now I know why I prefer a ponytail and whichever clothes are on top of the pile. Well, it's not really that bad, but still. I hadn't blow dried or worn contacts in months. Go figure.
I've got an Angel question, and someone must know the answer. In Season 5, I only missed one episode. Which was, of course, "The Girl In Question." Totally unfair. But anyway, I was reading a transcript this morning (which, btw, counts as part of the hour and a half I spent getting ready) and I think I'm missing something. Buffy and The Immortal? On purpose? I just don't get it. Was it a joke or a lie or something? Because that's really weird. I really need to buy S5, though. Much Spike/Angel goodness. Though I really hope Buffy would pick Spike in the end.
