Coloring
Exact same coloring as this tut with minor changes.
Set the screen layer to 40% instead of 100%.

Black and white Duplicate
-Use eliptical marquee tool to select a portion of of the base.
-Go to Layer>>New>>Layer via copy.
-Desaturate it.
-Resize to your liking, and adjust the brightness/contrast.

(I duplicated the desaturated layer and set it to softlight to finish it off.)
