Mwuahaha! I have found scanlations of The Gentlemen's Alliance Cross! I can finally finish that series...as soon as I go back and start from the beginning, because I forgot who everyone is and why their important. But I do love that series. I wonder if it's on my Amazon wishlist... Speaking of series I want to finish, I had once found Two Flowers for the Dragon but lost it the last time I had to wipe my computer. Can anyone help me find it?
I would be so happy if I just got, like, $100 in Amazon gift certificates so I could buy all the rest of Zombie Loan and Chibi Vampire and Bleach used, and then pick up those two series and Trinity Blood and Beauty Pop and xxxHOLiC used too.
You know, if anyone has old copies of any of those series and you don't want them, maybe we can work out some kind of trade. I have comics from DC Comics I'm looking to unload (it's an incomplete list since I never added last year's buys from Comic Con...I'm not selling my JLA volumes, my Bird of Prey volumes and my Renee Montoya books, unless you are sending me a whole lot of manga...but nothing will convince me to let go of Renee Montoya short of massive amounts of manga, especially the Gotham Central book), and I'm always willing to write fic. I'm also willing to give up books in my Jayne Ann Krentz/Amanda Quick/Jayne Castle collection for more manga (any except the Arcane Society series, the Curtain series with the flower names and the Tobias & Lavinia trilogy, plus one or two others I hold dear to my heart...when my mother finds out I'm willing to trade my Amanda Quick novels she may buy them from me first, so be forewarned). For that I have a more or less complete list at this post.
And in general, I'm always looking for new stuff to read. I will say right off the bat I don't like Naruto or OnePiece, and Angel Sanctuary squicks me out. Not too interested in Death Note, either. I like shonen manga like Bleach, or shojo manga. I'm also dying to read mor Korean manwha, if you have any of that. I can't pay anyone cash, at least not until I get a job of some sort, but maybe we can figure out something.
Oh! Kidlet also likes Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokemon and Mega Man mangas, and I'm always trying to grab him stuff. He especially wants Yu-Gi-Oh 5Ds because he was reading it in Shonen Jump until I got told he can't read Shonen Jump anymore by the visit supervisors. If anyone were to get him some he'd love you forever.
