more updates
yesterday was fun. went back to Scottish dance for the first time in about a year, my feet are killing me!
my weekend, tho filled with work was fun!
Friday...
I worked...it was opening day of ValleyScare...no one was there...I did nothing! I closed early as it became a waste to be there.
Saturday.
much better. not crazy busy, but somewhat constant. Three people working, one training. We had a little too much fun Saturday for it to be considered work. it was hot, there were 13 yr old goth chicks hitting on a co-worker which caused me to run in back and throw a giggle fit. There was good music, random dance parties. no shirts returned. and fog...holy shit do they fog that park! best quote of the day, random hick walks by as we're airbrushing, looks at his buddy and says "see, that there is alot of overspray"...nevermind the fact that there is fake FOG EVERYWHERE.
Sunday.
worked at the mall. somehow, I'm more gaurded while at the mall (could be from previous experiences of stolen cell phones and gang threats). the co-worker I was scheduled with showed up an hour late. slightly annoyed by that. She kinda' lucked out, I was about to call Jen about it and she showed up. the reason I say she lucked out, Jen told me Kent is ready to go crazy on the next person he hears about comming in late (I'm not talking 10mins late...recently, people have been showing up 1-2 hrs late!). I had to airbrush on a jacket that was like airbrushing on a fucking garbage sack. seriously, I hate some of the fabrics people bring in to airbrush...arrrg.
it was an ok day.
and as it is the week of art crawl...constant reminder
