(no subject)
my boss called me yesterday to see if i would accept a promotion. he heard through the grapevine that i'm thinking about quitting and getting a job closer to me. haha, he must really like me. he's already given me a raise when i first moved out so that i'd stay. and the only way he can offer me another one is if i become a keyholder.
PROS: not having to wake up at 7:30 to get to katy in time (probably), more money, says he'll still schedule me only 4 days a week, being a boss (kinda, over some people)
CONS: still having to drive to katy, working until 10:30 pm much more often, more responsibility, quite possibly becomming a bitch to the upper management
sooo...i dunno still. but, if i'm going to stay with them, i am going to need the raise. damnit.
and i can't wait for my friend joe to move back to houston! we used to hang out, 4 years ago. then he moved to austin and i went to college. and he moved to wisconsin 6 months ago and we started getting in touch again a little while ago. and i remembered how much fun he is. just about 3 more weeks till he's back where he belongs, houston!
hahaha, he's gunna make me have a manly day. we're going to go see some movie (i forget, but it's going to be really stupid and manly). and then watch crank and have belching contests and whatnot. maybe even some vigilante missions. and at the end of the day, if there's enough money, we go get tattoos. oh lord.
and i need to brush up on cello. for realz.
and i want to investigate my week of paid vacation that i should have...and plan something really awesome to do with that week. yea.
