Here is what you need to know to post your story/art for the aftercamlann big bang.
This is a self-posting festival which means that posting is up to each participant/team of participants. You may host your work at a site of your choosing, be it LJ, AO3, DW, tumblr, DeviantArt, or any other external website or archive and you maintain complete access and all rights to your work.
For those who wish to host on AO3, we do have an After Camlann collection and we hope you will choose to use it.
Note: Wherever you choose to host, please DO NOT make your links public until you have posted to aftercamlann.
One person from each team of collaborators will be responsible for making the master post to the community. It doesn't matter who it is (writer or artist). Please create a new entry to aftercamlann and use one of the following templates to create your master post.

Please put the title of your story/art in the subject line of your entry.
You are welcome to add a snippet of your story or a small preview of your art below the template if you like, but please make sure it is no larger than 400x400 or 400 words. (Also please make sure there are NO EXPLICITLY SEXUAL IMAGES in your preview.)
Please tag your entries with the year as well as either "story entries" or "art entries" or both.
On your assigned posting date, you should post your entry at some time between 12AM and 11:59PM UTC/GMT. (Unfamiliar with UTC? See HERE for the current time in UTC.)
Artist and writers who are working together will post jointly to aftercamlann- not separately. You will still be hosting/posting your individual story or artwork wherever you choose, the post to the community is just to direct people to your collaborative fic & art with links to both.
It's up to each team to decide between you who will make the post. It makes no real difference who it is since this post to the community is only used to direct people to where your creation is hosted. The creator posting is not going to be the one who gets the comments.
Also please remember, your stories must be a minimum of 25k to qualify for posting. Any story entries that are shorter than 25k will be deleted from the community.
