Wow, wow.
Life is fucking fabulous right now. Classes are done, finals for the most part are out of the way. I have to hand in my final, revised copy of my memior by May 2nd, but no biggie on that. But it is such a load off of my shoulders it isnt even funny. After this I plan on reading (which I havent done in months!). Isnt that amazing? I'm so excited. Yesterday I was sitting in my last class of the semester thinking of all these things I want to write about this summer. I'm excited to be productive somewhat.
I'm pumped to have the extra time to do what I have been dying to do...travel, photography, writing, reading, checking out new resturaunts, going to a jazz club, the museum...so much.
Kicked off a friend's last day of college last night. A fabulous dinner at this place called The Fireplace in Brookline ensued. I have never been taken out for such a nice dinner. Great food, great drinks, and with someone that I fully enjoy the company of as of late. Sometimes I feel things are fucked up, actually rather that I am, but I need to just stop worrying, protecting myself, etc. Just live. Have fun. Yadda Yadda Yadda. And I have been lately...and I like it a hell of a lot.
Anyways, we went to Pinocchio Syndrome's last show together, Max and Sal's band. The show was awesome, and their set was even better. Lots of Emerson kids there, lots of beer, good times. Party afterward, interesting, but yet still fun. Made a new friend, can't complain about that.
Lots planned for the next couple of days...
