I am still trying. I lost track of my idea of building a support system with some other women who are on a similiar journey. So far, I have 5 or 6 people interested. I am hoping that we can meet in person at least once each month.
I am also considering doing a challenge through the place where I went for that boot camp. They have a weight-loss challenge starting this month. It is for teams of two. I'm considering it, but I just don't know how dedicated my roommate would be. I don't know these other women yet, so I wouldn't want to ask one of them.
I am definitely going to update more regularly. I am finishing up my Spring Break, and I am feeling more rested. I printed some information and exercises off of Women's Health's website. I want to start doing those. For most of the exercises you use your own body weight as resistance. It makes it simpler because you don't have to have a bunch of tools.
