I was able to stick to my plan of eating one meat meal each day during the week. That didn't make it into the weekend. I worked out on my orbitrek twice this week. Next week, I need to push harder. I'm drinking more water. Every week I am just going to try harder until I get it right.

I definitely need to get in better shape. My knee have been hurting lately, and I know it's because of the extra weight. I am looking forward to that being better.
