Pee in the Dark
Well i had a weekend of epic proprtions!

NOW WE'RE FUCKIN TALKIN!!!!!!!!!
Headed up on friday with Howzer, Mitch n Big Harv! Was so exciting! Absolutly bombed the last few miles listening to Lisa Littlewood on the radio live from the campsite! Was a wee bit gutted at this point when i was told i was staying in another campsite. worked out well tho coz me n Howzer pitched up our tent at the campsite run by the Arches n had a great time! Some crazy mosa funk band were playin and a MC guy which was all very funny! The decision to share a bottle of wine towards the end of the nite was a terrible decision n i suffered for it in the morning!
Despite the headache the morning was full of excitement at the prospect of popping my T in the Park cheery! Mitch n harv picked us up n we headed over to the carpark where mitch's sister n a whole bunch of troops were havin a bbq! Phoned Linzi n rabbled a whole load of shite in my excited slighly wazzed state! Finally headed in to the place at god knows wot time but then we had to wait again as all the other troops apart from me n howzer went in another entrance. worked out well tho as i felt proper ill n the sit down did me the world of good! Soon livened up when mitch n co turned up! Our festival tactics were severly lacking n we did alot of aimless wandering! Saw the kooks which was amazing, 'danced' in the slam tent n at the bacardi b bar! Went on a ride that cost me £20 coz i pain for Anj! Returned to the main stage to see the Chillis! When i say see i mean on the screen coz we were ssssssoooooooo far back i cld only see wot looked like little toy men on the stage! Music was awesome but Flea's chat was pretty dire lol. 'danced' like a maniac but felt totally gubbed when they went off stage so i sat down/ lied down on the wet grass only for them to come back on but i had nothing left to give so enjoyed there encore lying with the rain beating down on my face! Woulda looked ok if it was snowpatrol playing chasing cars!
Got a second/third/fourth wind n went back to the campsite with mitch n howzer n partied at the campsite to some amazing tunes til the early hours "sun is gunna keep on shining, 2nite, everything is gunna be alrite"
Anyway! On to Sunday! Woke up feeling fresh! Mitch n Howzer were gubbed! Packed up the tent n started the trek to the 'mainland'! Got smashed on vodka n cider again n went to see the Proclaimers with Howzer! BRILLIANT! Did a bit more aimless wandering about but found Harvey which was a stroke of luck! Not sure wot order things happened but we danced again in the B bar, went off our nuts in the Slam tent to 2 many DJs who were world class btw and saw the truely magnificant Artic Monkeys! Again not sure at wot point this happened but it was a great moment none the less! Hadnt seen Mitch all day but when he found us at the main stage it was emotional, man we were fucked! Think it mite have been b4 the Artic Monkeys which cld hav possibly added to the moment!
Was supposed to go home with howzer at this point but fuck that!
More 'dancing' in the B bar!
The evening ended by taking in the talents of Felix Da Housecat in the slam tent with Mitch n Harv! NOW WE'E TALKIN! Bumped into alice n mathew which was a surprise but very nice! Unbeliveable set was enjoyed! Can safely say i was goin a bit mental! BBBBBRRRRRIIILLLIANT!
Goodbye to the boys n bussed it home! home at half two, in bed, cldnt sleep, up for work at half 7, in work for half 8! Work was horrible, i was in a horrible state!
Infact, it was shite! Wldnt recommend it! Overrated! lol
Shed this weekend to make up for it lol?
Roll on next year with a full contingent of troops!
