I like prominent cheekbones, and always wished I had them. last night a thought hit me, cheekbones have muscles so can't you exercise them? apparently you can! I always thought you had to born with prominent cheekbones, but no. sometimes when I smile my cheeks look huge. by doing these facial exercised you define and lose cheek fat.
  1. Relax for a minute completely and be calm for sometime. Then smile slowly, very slowly in a relaxed way. Then, take your cheeks inside even more slowly. Suck them inside and place them in between your teeth. Try sucking them and smiling at the same time for best results, this might take some practice. Hold for 10 counts in that position and repeat it 10 times. (buzzle)
  2. Make a fish face by sucking in your cheeks so that they are under your teeth. Do not bite down on your cheeks; simply let them rest under the teeth. Once you have sucked in the cheeks, relax so that your face is normal again. Repeat this exercise ten times, at a pace of one per second. (ehow)
  3. Another exercise for your face and cheekbones is to make the widest smile that you can (with mouth closed). Imagine the top corners of your smile are touching your ear lobes. Hold this position. Now wrinkle your nose and feel the cheek muscles become tense. Keep your face in the smiling position and bring your nose down and up ten times. (ehow)
