As much of a wrong!ship as this may be, I can't help having ALL THE FEELINGS when I read your writing of it. It just... fits so well, even the part about Brenda having known for a while (because no, she IS quite brilliant at what she does). :) But yay! All the possibilities await, and LOL at Flynn walking in and then feeling disbelief and jealousy. XD

Aww thanks bb! I'm glad the ship of wrongness evoked some feelings, that makes me so happy. :) I always thought Sharon/Fritz could make sense, and it was fun to give it a try, even as I poked fun at the other ships. Thanks for reading!

I've been SAVING it just for this fic (where else!)
Lol
But now it's over!!

I'll have to change it to Andy now (at least that could be used in two different ships!)

So, so good, and my, you certainly ramped up the smutty heat :-)
Loved Gavin, and Rusty, and loved Brenda and Fritz having their difficult, sad but necessary conversation.

And such a hopeful note at the end. The ending of one part of their journey and the start of the next--very positive and realistic :-)

Thanks so much for all your help in getting this fic un-stuck when I was ready to give up on it completely. :) And again when I was grasping for that last desperate sex metaphor. Much appreciated, m'dear! Thanks for all your support of the wrong!ship, not the least of which is this glorious mistletoe icon!

I love how Rusty is such a nerd. His excitement over the field trip--and chess (yay!)--makes me so glad he finally has a safe home where he really has a chance to excel. I'm glad he's accepting Fritz's place in their lives--even if he's not thrilled about it.

Brenda was actually kind of mature here. I'm glad she's relatively okay too.

I forgot about my Gavin love. Yay for bringing him back.

Love how it ends with such hope.

Oh yes, chessmaster!Rusty! He was so cute and fun to write, I totally get the appeal!

And I think it's so funny that Brenda came off as mature in this fic. I thought that her unilateral decision to pack it up for Atlanta would be impetuously in-character, but I guess given their relative estrangement, deciding to let him go would in fact be the measured, mature decision...

And yes! Gavin! OMG he simply must come back as a guest star!!!

Thanks so much for reading this series. I really appreciate it. :)

Thank YOU for coming along for the adventures in wrong!shipland. I love that the horse-riding thing became such canon in this verse. I'm happy to have finally brought this ship into the MC canon-- thanks so much for your support. Maybe the wrong!ship will be back in the second season. I guess it depends on how much a certain FBI agent shows up in the murder room. :)
