I go to New Orleans tomorrow.
Hopefully because I don't eat seafood or cajun food I won't be eating alot.
Current weight loss: 2lbs.
Greaat.
I can't even go 3 days in a row without a binge session.
Plan for Friday:
B: cup cereal w/ milk
L: nothing
D: small salad
