aaaaaaaah what a night
I spent tonight with
jane_stclaire and
veins_of_ink at their cozy abode. we ate yummy tacos, I drank some nice wine, we bellydanced and watched some guilty-pleasure TV (Make Me a Supermodel). It was really great to get to teach la some dance moves and also solidify my own dance movements. It's like playing with dance! Plus, I get to ramble on and on at her about my crazy bellydance/anatomy theories. Especially since she's an anatomy dork too, it's great to throw all of my thoughts on the amazingness of the human body in its functionality. I just keep thinking that most people would benefit from a good anatomy class. It would show everyone how to stop misusing their body.
We also discussed hotties. Especially the fact that Mos Def, Jamie Oliver and the guy who played Lex Luther in Smallville would be my yummy yummy ultimate cabana boys. meeeeeeeeow!

Today was also the day of amazing prezzies, as both my black Jaipur skirt and my new drum (with extra uber cushioned drum case to avoid a repeat performance of my black drum cracking!!) came in the mail! SCORE for me!
Now, I just might sign up for some of the Jalsah drumming workshops! yay drum!
but man, yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawn I'm beat! Time to go to beddy bys.
