 I was going to do anotheropen letter after seeing this advert for auditory training.  I was going to e-mail this Sharon chick and blast her with both barrels on how children who are diagnosed "autistic" are no less "normal" than children diagnosed with Down Syndrome or Marfan Syndrome (and thus do not deserve to be unilaterally exploited for the sake of extracting money out of their already confused and misunderstanding parents) and that double blind studies have found that auditory training does not work.  The racing thoughts just got to me and I froze at the keyboard.  I couldn't think of a single damn thing to say.  Have I lost my edge completely?

The two things I'm known for (my sharp wit and brutal honesty) have failed me today.  I don't care if anyone is disappointed; I sure as hell am.
