quitting

well i'm quitting smoking lol
its killing me more then smoking did.
but meh.
yay health.
i've resisted buying a pack a few times
and i've even turned down a cigarette
it feels weird.
but thats okay.

so now what.
i figure i'll start working out again.
no reason other then its something to do
went to the last drop tonight
its a downtown bar and just hung out and had a few beers.
got this nice ladies number, denise i believe.
she likes my scruffiness. and the fact that i seem to dress like a cowboy and not notice.
and i looked at myself and its true.
jeans brown shoes black button down shirt and brown suede jacket. if i had a cowboy hat you'd think that i was out like that for halloween.
but yeah might give her a ring sometime. but sleep is good. enjoy
