He's all right, Izzy. He's just been pushing himself very hard, lately. I think the stress just got to him, but he'll be just fine. You don't need to worry, sweetheart, but I'll let him know you were asking after him. I know he'll appreciate it very much.

Okay so I know he died because when Deirdre was telling me stuff, she said that. And that you're an angel (which I so dig). Is this because of that? Poor Thomas.

It's related, yes. Usually when someone is brought back, they start feeling the pull to return to the afterlife after a few weeks, which means it's time for them to go. Eventually, that can get quite painful. As far as we can tell, Thomas is experiencing something very similar, only he won't return like people usually do. He'll be able to weather the pain, and then continue on with his life. We're hoping it won't get any worse than this. It's very unpleasant when it happens, but it doesn't seem to be happening too terribly frequently at the moment.

Oh no, it's nothing like that. Other than this problem, Thomas seems to be a picture of health at the moment. He keeps himself very fit, so it's hardly surprising. I honestly think he'll be all right. And who knows, maybe we'll be able to find a way to beat the problem entirely, with time.

As much as I can be, under the circumstances. I know Thomas will get better, and I know this can't actually take him away. It just makes me sad knowing he's in such pain. I wish there were something I could do. I hope there's something someone can do.

So did you. And he deserves better than this.

I'm sure Peter will have a hand in it when we work this out, yes. Brilliant is a perfect word for him.
