Regardless, it is quiet there, above and below ground. Most have taken to carrying on.
There is little that can be done, though most have not tried very hard. You cannot really blame them.

There is no pattern when Khaos is involved. At least, none that is apparent thus far.

Is Khaos truly the one in power here? I cannot imagine Gaia and Khaos working in tandem but I also cannot see how Gaia could hold power over Khaos by herself and how Khaos could focus without someone directing her actions.
