Things and life
I haven't posted much lately. Not a whole lot to tell.
We gave the kitties up on Wednesday. E's allergies had just gotten terrible. We just couldn't take it anymore. They went to the Helen Woodward Animal Centre. It's a non-profit volunteer society... and they have tons of volunteers! The kitties will be well-loved there until they find a new home. I was relieved to send them there. Work has been... normal. Nothing out of the ordinary.
Oh, we asked my grandfather to officiate at our wedding. He said he would be honored to do it. :) We're set now on June 13th... Patrick will be out of school and Rachel will be home from Sudan! Yay! It's all very exciting.

Shelly is coming to visit in 17 more days! Hurrah! Hurrah! I can't wait. We haven't gotten together in, like, four or five years now. Way too long. She'll be here for five days and we're going to Disneyland one of those. Then we can just hang out and be our dorky selves. We've been friends since fourth grade. That's a long time! It is strange to have a friend you never see, but talk to on the phone with AT LEAST once a week. And we never seem to run out of things to say. The power of friendship. Or weirdos. Either one. Ya know.
