i got this from some random person's xanga, and it really made me think. i love what it says. it's perfect. a few people have really been annoying me lately. i can usually withstand a lot, but i can only be pushed so far. i don't want to be around people who always bring me down; that is NOT the kind of person i am.

I believe personally that the darkness they're talking about here is that of sin, and that we should do our best to stay away from the sin that tries to take over our lives. Satan can't pluck us away from God, because sin doesn't rule us now that we've allowed Jesus into our hearts to purify us. Don't let him lead you into sin..run the other way, to God, so that you can stay far, far away from sin. I need to follow this advice, as I'm very bad at giving way to sin..please pray for me. God bless. I want to pray today for my best friend, the atheists that keep annoying me so badly, the teachers that teach us everyday. God please give them strength..please help the believers amongst all of these to seek You out and stay with You, no matter what the day gives them. Please give them strength to get through a day, still praising You. Please help the ones that don't believe in You to receive Jesus Christ into their hearts very soon, so that they can be saved, and learn of the glorious works that You have done through the ages.. You sent Jesus to die for our sins, and the least we could do would be to live for You and with You. God, I love you. In Jesus Christ's holy name I pray. Amen. God bless you all."
