FedEx + Cell Phone + Neighbors = ??

Good news?
FedEx delivered the package containing my cell phone today at 1:39 pm.
Bad news?
I don't have said package.
This happened before, with UPS. I ordered things from Bank of America store. I waited and waited for it to be delivered. Finally I go online to track my order through the bank of america site, and it says that it was delivered a week before.
You know my nice new neighbors who built the huge house I love SO much? (sarcasm) Well, it was delivered to their house instead. They had it for A WEEK, and didn't give it back to us. Didn't call us. Didn't call UPS back
Why would you do that?!
Keep a neighbors package? FUCKERS.
So, we're guessing that this package was delivered to them by accident as well.
Our address is 23342. Theirs is 23344. They have the huge mansion of a house. They win?

I hate being so limited. It's been a week.
I;m going over there at 8 am tomorrow and getting my damn phone back from them. And then I'm going to ask them why they hoard all of my packages. It pisses me off.
