Day of the Moon was so ridiculous, I don't even know how to react. Lots of good stuff, lots more questions raised than I think were really answered, fun fun fun.
Speaking of questions...
-WHO IS THE WOMAN WHO SLIDES OPEN THE HATCH ON THE DOOR THEN IS LIKE, OH JK SHE'S JUST DREAMING? WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT IS THIS? THIS HAD BETTER BE EXPLAINED.
-Also, little girl regenerating!?! She has to be a Time Lord, and she has to have already regenerated at least once to know that it would happen, but other than that we know pretty much nothing. She might be Amy's daughter, but maybe we're just supposed to think that. All I know is that with Moffat, it's hardly ever the obvious answer.
-Overall though, this episode was quite fun. The Silence was creepy as shit. I hope that's not the last we see of them, as great as this two-parter was, I feel like they should take longer to resolve after an entire previous season of name-dropping. They had better come back. And we better find out why the spaceship in The Lodger was abandoned.
-Can I just say MY LOVE OF MARK SHEPPARD IS UNDYING AND KNOWS NO BOUNDS. FFS I love this man. He is in everything and he is always amazing and Mark Sheppard, never ever stop. I was ridiculously pleased by him and Amy teaming up in the orphanage, I don't know why it made me so damn happy, but I really want teamwork!fic of them now. Really, I was fangirling all over the place for them.
-Oh River. You are such a bamf. Seriously, you are wonderful. But I just cannot ship you with the Doctor. I mean, I can see why it appeals to people, and it really is a great story, but I just cannot ship you with him. It makes me sad that I can't, though I'm not really surprised with my shipping tendencies, which are convoluted and strange and basically equate to me only shipping Amy with people. Except not Rory. I DON'T KNOW YOU GUYS, I DON'T KNOW.
-Rory has grown on my too, but I can't properly ship him either. WHAT IS WRONG WITH MEEEEEE? I feel like a bad fan. :( He was so heartbroken this whole ep, and he and Amy love each other so much, so I can totally see it but I just don't care like so many people seem to. Maybe I should just abstain from shipping altogether in this fandom and just read happy fun team TARDIS!fics from now on. But then I read stuff by saywheeeee and I can't heeeeeeeeelp myseeeeeeeeeeeeeelf! :(
-Ffffffff next episode is pirates! And pirate!Amy! You guys! Swashbuckling adventures!!! AND THEN IT WILL BE NEIL GAIMAN'S EPISODE AND OMG I THINK I MIGHT JUST EXPLOAD!!!!

EDIT: Canton should so get to be a proper Companion for a while. Not forever, but I reeeeealy want him to come back and go on more crazy adventures with Team TARDIS!
